Pace yourself on a flat ground, push harder, run that extra mile.


But don't run too fast on a descent, it might seem effortless, but you might injur yourself, or tire too soon.


And lastly, and most importantly, please don't judge yourself when running on an incline, it's time to be patient, it's time for endurance.


Amazing how this applies to our lives as a whole, runners or not.
